Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and leads, providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.

  • Manage customer orders for aluminum pergolas, windows, doors, and PVC windows and doors, from initial contact to final delivery.

  • Provide detailed product information and support to clients to ensure a smooth, positive experience throughout the sales process.

  • Manage and track projects, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project completion.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and project timelines in CRM.

  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Visit industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build relationships, and promote Vetrina Windows’ aluminum and PVC product lines.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term business partnerships.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
